Welcome to Carcass Composting During Emergencies, on-line training collaboratively developed by the University of California, California Department of Food and Agriculture and the California dairy industry.

This website is designed for “Just in Time” learning, focusing on emergency response to unexpected mortality events, while still ensuring compliance with California’s animal health and environmental regulations.

The information can also be easily shared with employees or consultants, ensuring consistent practices across the operation.
